Discover How to Transform Your Health – and Happiness!

Our Talk & Taster evenings are currently held once a month. They provide an opportunity for you to learn more about a particular complementary therapy and even experience its benefits first hand. Each event centres around a talk from one of our growing network of health practitioners, and there are ‘taster’ sessions on offer from a variety of other therapists.  It is also an opportunity to meet other  local people with a shared interest in transforming their health, while enjoying free light refreshments.

This month we welcome Jo van Eijck.

Jo is a health coach trained and practising in the naturopathic tradition. Her mission is to support, guide, educate, motivate, and empower clients to be proactive in their own wellbeing and to help them move forward on their wellness journeys.

She is here to help clients discover their route and sustainable path to more optimal health. Ultimately the aim is for clients to see themselves as experts in their own health and wellbeing and feel they have more knowledge and control over their health outcomes.

A topic close to her heart is how may women navigate the menopausal transition years and what comes next for women in the post-menopausal stage in their lives. There is a need for discussion on this subject so women can be informed as to how they may remain strong and healthy as they age. Indeed it can lead to a whole new satisfying stage in their life.

Jo specialises in holistic wellness solutions and her approach is concerned with restoring health, promoting balance and maintaining wellbeing. She is an advocate of preventative, clean living and naturopathic lifestyle approaches to promote and sustain wellness, increase vitality and help to age more healthily.
