Our Talk & Taster evenings are currently held once a month. They provide an opportunity for you to learn more about a particular complementary therapy and even experience its benefits first hand. Each event centres around a talk from one of our growing network of health practitioners and it is also an opportunity to meet others with a shared interest in transforming their health while enjoying free light refreshments.

This month we welcome Dr Stephanie Thomas.

Dr Stephanie Thomas has much experience in supporting people who are suffering from tricky disease states. She is a Public Health leader as well as an integrative doctor, with a deep love for people. She is the founder and International Director of Zoe-Life, a global health and wellness organisation that is passionate about bringing healing to children, families and communities.

Here in the UK, Dr Stephanie runs a local health hub in Corsham, Wiltshire where she shares her healing tools for stress and trauma-based illnesses. She also continues to lead the vision of Zoe-Life Africa – a nonprofit that is changing the lives of children, youth and communities in South Africa.
