Our Talk & Taster evenings are currently held once a month. They provide an opportunity for you to learn more about a particular complementary therapy and even experience its benefits first hand. Each event centres around a talk from one of our growing network of health practitioners and it is also an opportunity to meet others with a shared interest in transforming their health while enjoying free light refreshments.

Patrick Matthews is a fully B.T.A. qualified Bowen Technique Massage.
The Bowen Technique is a simple, yet highly specific, hands-on procedure which has been widely practised in Australia since its development – and now throughout the world. Many turn to it for significant relief from troubling aches and pains and (often) to address long-standing issues.
Other examples include back ache, prostate issues and even Tinnitus – and many other painful issues.
